What we are building
The Windows prototype includes seven content types, custom colors, shapes, logos, project files and PNG, JPEG, SVG and PDF export. Installation, printing and clipboard behavior still need validation on Windows hardware before release.
A simple planned license
The planned offer is a three-day trial without a card, then a one-time $6.99 lifetime purchase for one active Windows computer. The license is intended to transfer when you replace your PC. Payment processing and activation services are still being developed; purchases are not open.
Already using a Mac?
The native Mac version is available now. Mac App Store purchases are separate from the planned Windows license.
A few things, answered.
Does FlexiQR work offline?
QR generation runs locally on your Mac. Opening a website from a QR still needs internet access. App downloads and purchase verification also use an internet connection.
Do my QR codes expire?
FlexiQR creates static QR codes with the content stored directly in the code. The code has no service-controlled expiry, but a linked website can change or become unavailable.
Can I export a QR code as SVG or PDF?
Yes. FlexiQR exports PNG, JPEG, SVG and PDF. You can also copy SVG on Mac for pasting into compatible design apps.
Can I change a printed QR code?
You can edit a saved FlexiQR project and export it again. The content inside an existing printed static code cannot be changed; you need to replace that code.
Is FlexiQR available for Windows?
The Windows version is in development for Windows 10 and 11. You can join the launch notification list. It is not a released product yet.
What does FlexiQR cost?
Mac pricing and available Pro plans are displayed in the App Store and the app. The planned Windows offer is a 3-day trial followed by a $6.99 lifetime license; sales have not opened.
